Loel Edenio Pulido's Obituary
Loel Edenio Pulido, 79, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on February 20, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.
Born on December 25, 1946, in Tampa, Loel was the son of Loel M. Pulido and Isabel A. Pulido, who preceded him in death. A proud Tampa native, he graduated from Jefferson High School in 1964 and went on to study Business at the University of Tampa.
A devoted Christian, Loel faithfully attended Grace Family Church., where his faith was an important part of his life. He lived out his beliefs through his love for family, generosity, and unwavering encouragement of others.
On January 20, 1968, he married the love of his life, Hope Valdes Pulido. Together they shared 58 years of marriage, building a strong and loving family that was the center of his world.
Loel dedicated 44 years of his career to retail management, where he was respected for his leadership, work ethic, and commitment. Outside of work, he was passionate about sports. He played baseball and golf and was a devoted fan of all sports. For 32 years, he proudly held season tickets to the Florida Gators, cheering them on with unwavering loyalty.
Above all, Loel was most proud of his children and his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Hope; his sons, Jeffrey (Teresa) and Andrew; his daughter, Ashley (Matt); his grandchildren, Janelle (Jimmy), Alexander, Adriana, Eli, Jude, and Juliana; his great-grandchildren, Jace and Harvey; and his sister, Olinda.
A visitation will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on February 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m with a funeral service immediately following at 12pm., with Pastor Alex Veloz officiating.
