Linda Susan Snider's Obituary
Snider, Linda Susan,81, of Trinity Florida, passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Linda was born on October 16, 1941, in Brooklyn NY to Mildred and Sidney Fuhr. She married Ronald Snider of Lakewood, NJ on March 22, 1964. Linda received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1963, and a Master of Education degree from The William Patterson College in 1980. Linda was an Elementary School teacher, Learning Disabilities Teaching Consultant, Vice President of Customer Service at the V.I.P. Agency, homemaker, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many.
Linda enjoyed international travel, reading, spending time in the outdoors, and was a competitive mah-jongg player. She and Ronald were deeply involved with Marriage Encounter, an organization dedicated to improving marriages through dialog and better spousal understanding, and together they led many marriage encounter weekends providing guidance to hundreds of married couples.
Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Ronald; children, David (Marci) Snider, Sharalyn (Thomas) LeVine; grandchildren, Justin (Sierra), Jacob, Cameron, Rachel and Madison; brother, Paul; brother-in-law, Alan (Stephanie) Snider; and sister-in-law, Lynn (Ted) Tarant. Linda is also survived by one aunt and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
There will be a private funeral service followed later by a Celebration of Live ceremony at the Trinity Memorial Gardens on April 16, 2023 at 12 noon.
