Linda Hayes' Obituary
Linda Mabel Hayes, 87, of Land O’Lakes, Florida, passed away on November 5, 2025, at Angels Senior Living in Land O’Lakes, Florida. Linda was born on December 16, 1937, in Covington, Kentucky, to Aline Heglar Knight and William Ralph Rawls. She achieved her GED on October 8, 1979. On March 28, 1980, she married Earl Eugene Hayes, and they shared 45 years of marriage. Linda was a hostess at Busch Gardens Hospitality House before she retired. Linda enjoyed quilting and sewing. She loved tending to her flowers and feeding fish from the dock on her lake.
She is survived by her husband Earl Eugene Hayes; her sister and brother-in-law Sherry and Ronnie Scalf; stepsons Jon David Hayes, Craig Alan Hayes, and Earl Eugene Hayes Jr.; two daughters-in-law Georgette Hayes and Courtney Hayes; and her eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Gene “Pete” Case and her daughters Kellie Neal and Dina Milian.
A funeral service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on November 14, 2025, at 11:00am with Pastor Peterson presiding. Burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens Cemetery. A visitation will be held on November 14, 2025, at 10:00am.
