Laurie Jean Robinson's Obituary
Laurie J Robinson, 58 of New Port Richey, passed on April 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family after a very courageous 4 year battle with ovarian cancer.
Originally from York Beach, Maine, she moved to Florida in 1994 from Springfield, Vermont, where she worked for the Springfield school district for many years in the cafeteria. In Florida she worked for 18 years as a rural letter carrier for the US Postal Service. Laurie is survived by her husband of 39 years Michael Robinson; son Michael and his wife Hope of Orlando, FL; son Christopher, his wife Maggie and their son William of Lewisville, TX; daughter Alyssa, her husband Matt and their children Jaxon and Grant of Land O' Lakes, FL; four siblings, and many extended family. She is predeceased by her parents, Bill and Lorraine Ruger of York Beach, ME.
A service will be held Friday, April 13th at 6:30, at Trinity Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors one hour prior, from 5:30 to 6:30. Funeral Mass and interment will take place in York Beach, ME.
