Karilian Molina's Obituary
Karilian Jinette Molina, best known as Kari, passed away on Monday, August 5 at her home, surrounded by her family. She was 23 years old. She was the daughter of Pablo and Jinette Molina and sister to Luis Molina. She was born in Lockport, NY, where she lived with her family for 12 years before moving to Land O Lakes, FL, where she was currently residing.
Kari was born with many limitations and challenges, both physically and mentally. She literally fought her whole life. She was a member of Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal Movimiento Internacional “La Gran Familia,” where she would lift up her hands and praise the Lord. She loved people more than toys. She would hug you, high five you, or make you shake hands with a stranger. She was a little hugging machine, whether she knew you or not. She loved her iPad, headphones, playing with big blocks, and she absolutely loved to play dominos. But what made Kari so special was not her limitations; it was her smile. A smile was always on her face, no matter what.
Kari is survived by her parents Pablo & Jinette Molina; her brother Luis Molina; her grandparents Moises and Abigail Estrada; her uncles Eric Estrada, Pedro Oquendo, Orlando, Ramon, and Edwin Molina, and Mario Rosado; her aunts Myriam, Elizabeth, and Alicia Molina; and countless cousins. She was preceded by her grandmother Edith Oquendo, her aunt Camelia Molina, and her great grandparents Emiliano Estrada, Jesus Quiñones, and Aida Figueroa. The funeral service will be held on August 10, 2024, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens, located at 12609 Memorial Dr. Trinity, FL 34655.
