June Norma Varco's Obituary
June N. Varco, 91, of Trinity, Florida, passed away on March 11, 2026, at Trinity Hospital.
She was born on January 25, 1935, in Buffalo, New York, to her parents Frank and Delores. June worked in retail and was known for her loving nature, her genuine kindness, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
In 1986, June married Russell C. Varco, with whom she shared 16 years of marriage until his passing. June’s greatest happiness in life came from the people she loved. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family, and nothing brought her more pride or fulfillment than being a mother, grandmother, and great‑grandmother. Her home was always a place of warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.
June enjoyed many pastimes throughout her life, including dancing, going on cruises, and playing bunco. These activities filled her days with fun, friendship, and cherished memories—but it was sharing those moments with family that made them truly special to her.
She is survived by her family, including Michael Gregorio (Teri), Janice Thomas (Phil), Thomas Gregorio (Nancy), James Gregorio (Cindy), and her stepdaughter Tari Shea (Tom). She also leaves behind her beloved 16 grandchildren and 18 great‑grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Russell C. Varco.
A funeral service for June will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, March 17, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
