Jose Bautista's Obituary
Jose Bautista, 90, of Land O’Lakes, FL, passed away on January 25, 2025. He was born on September 10, 1934, in San Simon, El Salvador, to Porfirio and Adriana Bautista. From San Simon, he moved to San Salvador, before relocating to the United States, first residing in Jersey City, NJ, for most of his life before retiring in Land O’Lakes, FL. He worked as a welder and a diesel mechanic where he excelled in his ability to invent and create the necessary tools to perform the jobs that no one else could.
He married his sweetheart Ana, and the couple created a family together, with their children Ismael Arnoldo, Roberto, Xenia, and Ana.
Jose was a loving and caring father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be remembered for his wisdom, his storytelling, and his hard work, with hands of iron. He was an expert welder who made beautiful creations. You would often find him reading his books, studying the Bible, or cheering for his favorite football club, F.C. Barcelona. Jose is survived by his daughters Ana Argueta and Xenia Flores and his son Roberto Bautista. His stories and memories will live on forever through his beloved family.
