Sparks, John C., 89, of New Port Richey, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 under Hospice care. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 29 from 10 a.m. until service time at 12 noon at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
