I was always so envious when over the years I'd hear my brothers talk about the fun summers they'd share with their favorite cousin John. Then I met you and saw why they felt that way. My life is definately richer and fuller for having known you John, and I'll miss you terribly. You opened your heart to my daughter Tara and I completely and we will remember you fondly every day. Rest in peace John until we're all together again.

John fought a hard fight battling cancer and he will be so greatly missed. I think, for me, his sense of humor and concern for others is what made John such a unique and wonderful person. He was like a brother to us - always ready for a good laugh, a little teasing and a lot of caring. He mourned the passing of our mother, father and brother as deeply as though they were his own and, in a sense they were. I am sure they were waiting for him, with open arms, as John began his journey to Heaven.
John, thank you for being a part of our family, for the great memories and for basically being you. As we mourn your passing, we also remember that some day we'll all be together again and what a glorious reunion it wil be! Until then, rest in peace, John.
