When I was eight years of age I was riding my bicycle on a freshly shaled road on which the Feenick residence was located. My bicycle slid out from under me and the shale sliced open the skin on my knee. “Jack” Feenick came running from his house to my
rescue. He picked me up and carried me into his house where he administered first aid, including cutting away some skin. He bandaged my injury and offered me compassion and comfort. Obviously I have not and will not forget his act of kindness
