Joan Ferrari's Obituary
Joan E. Ferrari, 94, of Naples, Florida, passed away on February 5, 2026. She was born on July 3,1931, in Brooklyn, New York, to Esmeraldo and Angelina Strongarone.
After retiring from her position at Manufacture Hanover Trust, as Vice President of personnel, Joan and her husband Charles moved to Florida and settled in New Port Richey, Florida. It was always their dream to live in Florida. In their final years, they moved to Heritage Springs in Trinity, Florida and made many wonderful friends.
She enjoyed traveling and especially loved to go on cruises. In her spare time, she enjoyed watercolor painting, crafts, crossword puzzles and decorating.
She is survived by her daughter Karen Milone (Joseph), grandsons Joseph (Jana), Michael (Jillian) and great-granddaughters Mattea and Leanna. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Charles.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Pineapple House at Sapphire Lakes and the angels at Avow Hospice.
Services will be held at Trinity Memorial, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, Florida 34655 on February 11, 2026, with a visitation from 10:00am to 11:00am, funeral service at 11:00am, and entombment at 11:30am.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice Association.
