Jennie Lopez's Obituary
Jennie Lopez, 65, of Land O Lakes, FL, passed away on August 12, 2022.
Jennie was born on October 16th, 1957 to Maria Nieves and Reinaldo Lopez in Brooklyn, NY. She moved to Bayamon, Puerto Rico at the age of 14, where she studied and worked as a Teacher. Jennie became a mother to Yajaira Galdos in 1980 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and resided there until moving to Tampa, Florida in 1996 with her daughter Yajaira Galdos.
Jennie became a grandmother in 2001 to her beloved first grandchild Sofia Goicochea. She loved spending time with her family, cooking, and always had a beautiful smile on her face. She loved to help others, and especially loved helping to raise her grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother Maria Nieves, sister Milagros (Millie) Lopez, daughter Yajaira Galdos, son in law Gabe Galdos,; and her four grandchildren; Sofia Goicochea, Jacob Galdos, Juliana Galdos, and Ava Galdos.
