For the past 20 years, we have had the privilege of living next door to Jean. Every time we saw her, she greeted us with a radiant smile. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her. The Valdes Family
I met Jean when I was working at Aetna as an RN Supervisor for the UR department. Jean was always informative and had a great spirit. Later at Aetna she actually became my supervisor and friend. I can remember always hearing her laugh.
She, Butch, & her sister went to my parent's home in Sarasota where they became great customers of my father's jewelry business. All of them actually.
She was such a great person and someone I treasured and respected. You will be missed but I can still hear your laughter. Always in my heart and thank you for all your support. RIP my friend.

When someone said the name Jean Riggs it was often with a smile. I had the pleasure of meeting Jean very young in my career. Although I did not have the privilege of working directly with her, our paths crossed frequently. I admired her for her patience, kindness, compassion and dedication. Many others, like myself, held her in high regard. She was an incredible woman!

I was also in Jeans customer service unit. It just so happened that our wedding anniversary was the same as Jean's birthday. When my husband would send me flowers at work she always said "tell your husband thanks for the flowers for my birthday.

Jean was my team leader @ Aetna. And like most people that were under her she taught them great professional work ethics. She also was like a mother to everyone in her unit anything personal in your life she would help with. She would always stick up for her team but if you got in trouble you knew you were in trouble because her eyebrows with that raised look did it. We all enjoyed her Christmas parties at her house and especially drinking would she commonly referred to as Hooch. Cheers Jean Riggs we will always love you & miss you.

I had the honor of meeting her when my very young children and I moved to Florida. She was so super kind, caring, and nurturing. She became like the momma of all the transplants from CT. She will never be forgotten! We love you Jean Cooper Riggs!!!🙏🏽❤️
She was my supervisor as a young customer service representative but was more like a mother to many of us! She taught me many things and had the patience of a rock! I will never forget her! Love you Jean Cooper Riggs!!!!
