James F Kirk III's Obituary
KIRK, James F. III 56, of Trinity, passed away April 26th, 2015. He was born in Pittsburgh Pa and relocated to Florida in 1985. He was the son of the late James F. Kirk Jr and Patricia Carr. Years ago he began his own company, EGI, which over time became one of his proudest accomplishments. Over the years, his loyal employees became some of his closest friends and like family. As a Pittsburgh native he remained an enthusiastic and loyal fan of the Penguins and Steelers. He and his son shared a lifetime bond and passion following these teams. He loved life, was kind to everyone and was a man of his word. He was a devout husband and father. He will be missed by everyone who is heartbroken by his loss. He is survived by his wife, Diane who was the “love of his life”; son, James F. Kirk IV the “apple of his eye”; the “little guys” Geno and Fleury; Siblings Christianna, Harry and Paul.
The family will receive friends Thursday April 30th between 5-8pm at the Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 12609 Memorial Drive Trinity. A celebration of life will be held Friday May 1st at 5pm at the Lakeview Community Church 475 East Lake Road N. Tarpon Springs. Flowers accepted or donations may be made to Mario Lemieux Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project (WWP).
Additionally, there will be a memorial service in Pittsburgh at the Second United Presbyterian Church Wilkinsburg 300 Hay Street on Saturday May 23rd at 10:30am.
