Heath III, James Lee (US Navy Master Chief ret.), 73, of Lutz, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial services to follow at Florida National Cemetery at 1 p.m. with full military honors.
