James Howard Collier Sr.'s Obituary
James Collier Sr., 78, of Hudson, Florida, passed away on August 3, 2025. He was born on August 27, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Richard and Joyce Collier. After receiving his college degree and serving his country as a member of the United Stated Army, James made his career as an accountant. He relocated to Tarpon Springs, Florida in 1993. James was a hard worker but also made time for fun and humor. He enjoyed nothing more than boating, fishing, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered by all who knew him for his colorful language and affectionate use of his middle finger, which he used as terms of endearment. He cared deeply for everyone in his life, from his family and friends to his business acquaintances.
James is survived by his children Donna Marie Collier, James Collier, Jr. (Laura), Ryan Collier, and Philip Collier; his grandchildren Amanda Renee Collier, Joe Bennett (Dustin), Amber Bennett, Andrea Gross, Brennen Collier, Jaden Collier, Kaleb Collier, Gabriel Collier, Nicholas Collier, Julian Collier, and Thea Collier; great-grandchildren Ayden James Collier and Alex J. Duval; and his siblings Donny Collier Sr. and Jerry Collier.
