On February 10th 1968 she married Paul "Polidor" Auguste. Between 1968 and 1982, Immacula would try unsuccessfully to have children. She lost 10 babies (including a set of twins) through miscarriage, stillbirths, and premature births one after the other. But she put her faith in Jehovah with the goal in mind to have a child until her prayers were answered.
Immacula was a bold, passionate, strong willed, and loving woman who gave herself to God as one of Jehovah's Witnesses when she was baptized on March 25th, 1975. In Haiti she was a French teacher until she and her husband moved to the United states. She worked as a business owner, a CNA, and a homemaker, but the two things she enjoyed doing more than anything was service Jehovah, and being a mother.
She had a fire that was undeniable, and she used it to touch the hearts of everyone around her in one way or another. She's someone who is unforgettable and will be dearly missed until the time she'll be reunited with loved ones, for she is forever in Jehovah's memory"
