Henri Bernard Wyman
A resident of New Port Richey, FL, Henri Bernard “Bernie” Wyman passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020. He was born March 15, 1944 in Paris, France and was 76 years of age. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathleen Osborne Bogdal Wyman, her children, Richard Bogdal and wife Suzanne Courtney, Amite LA and Michael Bogdal, St. Petersburg, FL, grandson Steven Vickery and his son Stevie, Woodstock, GA. Bernie was preceded in death by his mother, Pierrette Beulaigne Wyman.
Bernie was an amazing man, loved by all and cherished by many. He was devoted to his wife and family, taking great care of them. He spent his career in television working as a cameraman and lighting director, meeting many stars and telling great stories about it. Bernie continued his thirst for technology, always learning the newest gadget and everything Alexa. He had a lifetime love for boating and was a past Rear Commodore at the Gulf Harbors Yacht Club. He loved sports cars, especially convertibles and Porches, and enjoyed listening to Jimmy Buffett music with the wind blowing through his hair. Bernie was a member of St Peter The Apostle Catholic Church.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter The Apostle Catholic Church at 12747 Interlaken Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34655 on Friday, November 13 at 10:00 am followed by interment at Trinity Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, masses in his name or donations in his honor to his favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, are encouraged.
