Helen C Baker's Obituary
In remembrance of an ordinary life who lived through an extraordinary time and left us with a better world. She was responsible for raising two young boys by herself who went on to pursue graduate degrees and are currently leaving their indelible marks in the field of medicine. She helped an untold number of veterans from the First and Second World War through the Gulf War obtain assistance to better their lives as well as the lives of their families. She touched so many lives in countless ways from her early days as serving as a den mother for cub scouts to later in life helping her neighbors in finding assistance to repair their homes and lend a helping hand. So, in the end, it was truly a special life that left the rest of us with a better life.
