Harold Lineback's Obituary
Harold “Hal” Lineback, beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Hal lived a life marked by quiet strength, dedication, and deep love for those closest to him.
A respected professional, Hal was a Class A General Contractor who owned and operated his own company Lineback Building, Inc, for many years, before continuing his career as a Senior Project Manager for Maronda Homes where his leadership, expertise, and dedication left a lasting mark on both colleagues and the communities he helped shape.
Beyond his professional life, Hal was a man of many passions. A licensed private pilot, he found freedom and joy in the skies. He was equally at home on the water or the golf course, enjoying boating, fishing and teeing off with friends and family. Hal approached every interest with enthusiasm, but nothing meant more to him than time spent with his loved ones. His greatest joy was his family - his devoted wife, children, grandchildren, and the wide circle of extended family and friends who were blessed to know him.
Hal will be remembered for his warmth, integrity, and the love he gave to those around him. He lived fully and gave generously - in his work, in his passions, and most of all, in his relationships. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. In giving the gifts of sight and healing through cornea and tissue donation, Hal's legacy of love endures.
Hal was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Perine, and his brother, Rickey Lineback. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Julie Lineback; his brother Colonel (Retired) David Lineback; his sister Anita Gonzalez; his cherished children Jim Lineback and Rob Lineback; and his grandchildren Hunter and Juliona, who will continue to carry forward his love, values, and legacy.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, FL 34655. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor Hal’s life, love, and memory.
