Gloria Boyan's Obituary
Gloria Boyan, of Tarpon Springs, Florida, passed away on October 9, 2025, at the age of 90. She was born on October 22, 1934, in Englewood, New Jersey, to Ernest and Rosemond (Luciano) Pagnozzi. She graduated from Dwight Marrow High School, where she met Andrew T. Boyan, the young man who would one day become her husband. Andrew and Gloria were married on September 2, 1957, and started a family together with the addition of their two children, Theresa and Kevin. The family resided in Old Tappan, New Jersey, where Gloria and Andrew remained until they retired to Florida in 1990. Gloria worked as a bookkeeper at Englewood Hospital until 1962 when she left to devote herself full-time to caring for her family.
Gloria loved to travel and cruise the world with her husband. She enjoyed having fun with her friends, playing mahjong and bridge, and golfing during her younger years. She was a proud member of the Lions Club and the Rosary Society of St. Pius. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her family.
Gloria is survived by her daughter Theresa Boyan-Juengling (Jeff), her son Kevin Boyan (Melanie), and her grandson Andrew Juengling. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Andrew T. Boyan and her sister Doris Fontanella.
