To my beloved Uncle Gilbert, Aunt Connie and Cousins. I feel your loss in my very soul. I wanted you to know for me Uncle Gilbert could bring a smile to anyone’s face with out words and the joy would flow out of me and many when he did it. I met Uncle Gilbert when I was a little girl. I would go over to my grandpa’s and grandma’s Rivera’s house all my life. I would visit Aunt Connie upstairs in her bedroom. One early evening Aunt Connie was getting ready for a date she was going to have with man name Gilbert Sanchez. Aunt Connie looked gorgeous and that was the first time I met Uncle Gilbert. I honor Uncle Gilbert because he treated everyone with kindness. He would speak up if you were out of line with love and respect. He treated everyone like family and was very generous with what he and Aunt Connie had. The door was aways open for family. I want to express the love he had for GOD and he wanted that for everyone because that’s what made him whole, giving and loving. I’m in deep sorrow for Uncle Gilbert’s family, friends and everyone he knew. We know that out sorrows and suffering will be healed through GOD and that’s what Mr. Gilbert Sanchez and Uncle Gilbert wants for all of us. I know Uncle Gilbert would say to pray for each other and we will meet again someday as he’s is now in GODS loving arms and he’s not alone as many people has gone before him and they have greeted him when he crossed into heaven. I send my love to my family and thank you for all the times you spend with me when we seen each other. The love of your husband and dad has aways shown through you. I thank GOD for that blessing. May each day bring you GODS healing, comfort and strength as you are not alone. 🙏🏻🙌🏼🕊️
