Gerardo "Jerry" Gimenez's Obituary
Gerardo “Jerry” Gimenez, 70 years old, a resident of Lutz , Florida passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025 surrounded by the love and prayers of his family and friends.
Jerry was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and emigrated to New York with his parents and sisters in1969. Hard working, always involved in business ventures and diverse Catholic ministries, He married Liliana in 1976 and they had three children. He loved fishing, cooking for the family and watching soccer games. His biggest joy was to have his whole family gathered for Sunday meal.
He's preceded in death by his parents, Maru and Francisco, and is survived by his wife, Liliana, sons Gabriel and Frank, daughter Susana Caruso, Daughters in law Cheryl and Lisa, son in law David and grandchildren Austin, Sydney, AJ, Jayden, Vincent, Theori, Natalie, Dominic, Christopher, Phillip, Charlotte and soon to be born Claire.
His Catholic Resurrection Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 28, 2025 at St Timothy Catholic Church, in Lutz at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers please donate to St Vincent de Paul, St Timothy.
