George Ernest Minutaglio Jr.
48, passed away Wednesday morning, January 24th, 2018 after a long and courageous battle against Pancreatic Cancer. A devoted husband, loving son, dedicated brother, and treasured friend, George is survived by his wife Katrina (Trina), his mother Barbara, his father George Sr., his brother Douglas, and sisters Lisa and Danielle. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, George spent more than 25 years in the restaurant industry. George was the V.P. of Operations for Carrabba’s Italian Grill, where he also leaves behind 20,000 adoring Carrabbamicos. George was a tremendous leader; he built strong relationships and leaves a legacy of teaching, coaching and inspiring others. George loved life and enjoyed hunting, traveling and the outdoors. George also loved to cook for family and friends. He made a lasting difference in people’s lives and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. We will celebrate George’s life on Wednesday, January 31st at 11:00 A.M. at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church located at 17512 Lakeshore Rd, Lutz, FL 33558.
