Franklin "Bud" Warren's Obituary
Franklin “Bud” Warren, 91, of Hudson, FL, passed away on February 8, 2025. He was born on February 5, 1934, in Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada, to James and Beulah Warren. At the age of 21, he left Canada to move to the United States, residing first in Michigan, then relocating to Florida in 2002. He spent his 35-year career as a city truck driver with Roadway Express, from 1956 until his retirement in 1991.
Bud will be remembered as someone who was nice to everyone and never met a stranger. He cared very much for his family. In his leisure time, he enjoyed spending time outdoors, golfing, fishing, and boating. He loved watching NASCAR races and traveling in the family’s motor home. Bud was preceded in death by his first child Cindy Lou Warren and is survived by his partner Chris; his children Ben (Cheryl) Warren, Wendy (Charles) Burkholder and Bruce (Shelly) Warren; his grandchildren, David (Salina) Knapp, Krista (Michael) Nappa, Benjamin (Jennifer) Warren, Nicole (Greg) Morgan, Rachel (Stephen) Beck and many loving great-grandchildren. He was a much-loved father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
