He graduated from Boardman High School in 1956 and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Youngstown State University in 1961. An aspiring entrepreneur and forward thinker, Frank left teaching to establish his own company, Applied Concepts. “Frankie Tee” was an avid golfer throughout his life. He excelled at the game and enjoyed playing with his God and golf buddies when he retired in Florida. Frank is survived by his wife Suzanne and her family; his children Peter, Mary, John, Catherine (Paul) Rokicky; grandchildren Matthew, Samantha, and Amanda; and great granddaughter Hailey. He will be greatly missed by family, including Suzanne’s children and grandchildren, along with friends, especially those at Keystone Community Church in Florida, where a Celebration of Life will be held.
