Frank was a master electrician as well as a computer software engineer. He received his formal training in the United States Navy where he served on the USS Woolworth County as the Lead Electronics Systems Technician(1956-1960). After his military service he worked on the missile range testing equipment for the military as a civilian contractor in the Gulf of Mexico. He also worked in Greenland on the early warning weapons system during the cold war. He later became vice president at Quasar.
After marrying in December 1962 to Elizabeth Anne Woolfe (McVeigh) he started a family and had three children. While working at the water management district in Southern Florida he was courted by Hewlett Packard to work as a software engineer. He retired from Hewlett Packard in 1997.
Frank enjoyed military history and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles football Fan. After a lifetime of the Eagles coming up short in the superbowl, he was able to watch them at last, win a superbowl a month before he passed, AMEN!
Dad was an honest man to a fault. A Loving husband. He was a hard worker, strong minded and old school tuff. He had a sarcastic wit and a sharp mind with an IQ above 160. He got along well with most everybody and would never complain about himself. A martini was never too far away.
