Farid F. Naoom's Obituary
Farid Naoom passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 in Tampa, Florida. He was born on June 25, 1940 in Dayrout, Egypt to the late Fahmy Naoom and Soraya Mishriky.
In the bustle of Cairo streets while attending Cairo University, he met Samia (Wahba) Naoom whom he married July 26, 1970. 51 years of marriage later his beloved wife was still by his side.
Farid immigrated to the United States in 1969 and quickly began building a life and career as a CPA, auditor, and entrepreneur that took him and his family all over the world. He led a blessed life and made sure the people he loved did too. Always generous, the list of family and needy he helped along the way is long. Whether it was difficult family circumstances or his church charity, Farid was first to offer help.
Farid is survived by Samia, his wife of 51 years, his children Jennifer & Michael, son-in-law Faddy Makaryus, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren Nathan, Grace, and Joy, siblings Fayza, Farouk, Samah, Sanaa, Hany and preceded by his brother Sameh.
