Edward Schultz's Obituary
Edward Schultz passed away suddenly on 9/2/2023.
He was born in Clearwater Florida to Ed and Myrtle Schultz.
He was an Army brat and lived in various locations around the US and also lived 4 years in Germany.
Edward graduated from Mt. Clemens High School in Michigan.
He joined the National Guard right after high school for several years.
He moved to Pasco county and raised his son Eddie.
Edward coached little league baseball, soccer and football throughout the years.
He met his current wife, Holly in 2002. They married in 2005.
Edward had previously worked for IBM, then had his own business building docks and seawalls.
He was currently employed by the US Postal Service.
Edward loved to go boating, fish and brew beer. He became a licensed boat captain in 2018.
He was also an award winning home brewer and he created K.E.G. brewing. Beer making was his passion and he had future plans to open his own brewery.
He loved his dogs especially Gander.
Edward was very loved in the community and had many, many friends and co-workers who will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his loving wife, Holly, his mother Myrtle, his son Edward, step daughter Dana, stepson Matthew, his sisters Beverly and Ginny along with numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father Colonel Edward Schultz.
