Your husband and father was the most gracious and kind person I have ever known. He had such an easy manner about him that he could make a total stranger feel like part of his family. He had a genuine desire that the people around him would enjoy life and be comfortable in their surroundings. This desire was very real! There was nothing fake about this man. Ed, your pain and suffering is over, so you are free to follow Vince Gill's advice and " Go rest high on that mountain. Son, your work on earth is done."
