Georgine Egleston
It was my privilege to know Dorothy Hornus in her later years. As a resident of Aston Gardens, she became a good friend of my mother, Jo LaMarca.
When she could Dorothy was always on the go
She loved going out to dinner, plays, was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She traveled the world with her beloved husband and made Tampa her final home.
It was my privilege to host her at Thanksgiving dinner, where I learned she could trace her ancestry back to the Mayflower. She was so proud to be a Mayflower daughter!
Rest well sweet lady. You will not be forgotten.
