Dora Rodriguez 's Obituary
Dora Rodriguez 89, of Franklin Park, NJ, formerly of Elizabeth, NJ, passed onto her heavenly mansion on Monday, May 20, 2019.
She was born in Cuba and immigrated to the US in 1969. She lived most of her life in Elizabeth, NJ where she raised her 3 children together with her husband Rene Rodriguez.
Dora was a high-fashion seamstress who brought much joy and beauty to many brides and Quinceañeras in the Union County area.
During her years living in Elizabeth she was an active member of the non-denominational Church of Elizabeth where along with her husband she ministered in field missionary work in Central and South America.
Dora was predeceased by her husband Rene Rodriguez in 2003 and her brothers Celso Sevila and Rene Sevila. Dora is survived by her 3 children and their respective spouses, Izairis & Roberto Toledano, Rene & Maria Rodriguez, and Zaraid & Paul Carbonari, her 7 grandchildren, David, Sarah, Nicholas, Phillip, Brandon, Justin, and Amanda, her siblings, Fausto Sevila, Elba Sosa, Felipe Sevila and numerous nieces and nephews both here in the US and Cuba.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the entombment on Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 12:30 pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens in New Port Richey, Florida.
