Donald James McGowan 76 of New Port Richey died 12/20/2020.
He is survived by his loving children: Donna Smithwick and Robert McGowan
Son in Laws: Christopher Smithwick and Nathan Kuslansky
Grandsons Chistopher Aceto, Joseph Aceto, Matthew Smithwick, and Granddaughters, Jessica Vescio and Katie Smithwick.
Long term partner: Barbara Buscemi & his favorite Miniature Pincher, Bosco.
Preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Brenda McGowan, and daughter Kelly McGowan
He is also survived by his brothers Thomas McGowan and Jerry McGowan
Donald retired from American Airlines as a Crew Chief after 36 years of service in 2005. Donald was a family oriented man who enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was well known throughout the community and built a community of friends and acquaintances throughout the Trinity area.
He loved his home and enjoyed working on it and updating it during his retirement.
