David Vail's Obituary
David Lawrence Vail II 48 years old passed away on September 25,2021. He was born on June 25,1973 in Tampa, Fl to David and Nancy Vail. He attended grammar school at both Most Holy Redeemer and St. Michael's, and graduated from St. Bernard High School in 1991. From there he followed his desire to help others and pursued a career in the medical field. He started his path as an EMT, from there went on to receive his LPN, then his RN and finished with a Masters degree in Informatics. David was always a very creative person and good with his hands. His favorite past time was his wood burning. He was also a very talented drummer. David enjoyed being outdoors whether on his boat or by the lake fishing, being outdoors always brought him peace. He was an animal lover and leaves behind his two faithful companions Watson and Emily. He is survived by his parents David Vail Sr. and Nancy Vail, his two sons Zachery O'Brien, and Noah Vail, his sister Denise Scrivener, his nephew and God son Branden Scrivener and his favorite uncle Gene Fuller. As well as many other beloved relatives and cherished friends. There will be a celebration of his life on Monday October 4, 2021 at Trinity Memorial Gardens (727) 376-7824. Visitation from 1 pm to 2 pm, service starts at 2 pm.
Family is requesting in honor of David's memory and in tribute to his long battle with diabetes that donations be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association.
