Building a fort in the backyard with scrap wood from construction sites. Spending time on the construction sites. Building a greenhouse. Bonsai trees. Spending time in the orange grove. Teaching me how to drive a tractor, even after I tossed him to the ground, he still had the patients to stick with me until I got it right. Sharing his love of trains with me and later with his grandson.
