Dave had more enthusiasm for hard work than anyone I've ever worked with. I recall vividly one instance when I was filling in for his Executive Assistant when she was out. I was in the coffee bar next to Dave's office when he popped in. It was Friday and I said to Dave, "I'm SO glad it's Friday. Aren't you? To which he very adamantly replied, "NO!! I wish it were Monday!!" That's how much he loved what he was doing.
