Chantelle Ann Johnson's Obituary
Chantelle A. Johnson, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025. Born a twin on August 29, 1969, Chantelle faced health challenges from the beginning, but her fighting spirit and determination defined her life.
She graduated from West DePere High School in Wisconsin and earned her college degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Chantelle was both strong and strong-willed, accomplishing many of the goals she set for herself with grace and perseverance.
Her passions included traveling, dolphins, Doctor Who, and cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers. She had a deep love for animals and cherished each of her pets, especially Conner and Noelle.
Chantelle was an adored daughter, sister, cousin, and aunt. In her final days, she was surrounded by the love of many family members and friends who meant the world to her.
She is survived by her mother, Lynn Johnson; her twin sister, Missie (Lynn) Ziemer; her younger sister, Chelsea (Elliott) Ortiz; her nephews Mason, Charlie, and Tommy; her niece Emily; and many cousins who enriched her life.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Pinellas County Toys for Tots and Meals on Wheels, causes close to Chantelle’s heart.
