I found him very straight forward. There was nothing fake about him. He looked like an iron man. Even though he was 86, his demise looks premature. His smile looked as if we are tickling him.
Chandukaka was a true inspiration and will always hold a special place in our hearts 🙏🙏🙏
Chandumasa, from what little I knew of him, was a gentle soul always with a smile when ever I had an opportunity to speak to him personally. This photo of his depicts him perfectly.
I remember him very well from the dance performance Chandumasa and Kumudmasi participated in at Radhika s wedding a decade ago. Choreographed by Prafulbhai and Bhartimasi, three couples, six grand parents namely, Manju ba, JC dada, Kumud ba, Chandu dada, Tara ba and Govinddada had brought so much happiness and joy, not only to Radhika & our entire family, but they had thrilled all the wedding guests on that memorable night in our community hall in London so many years ago.
Though a quiet man he had a grand personality I will always remember him for.
