Catherine Diane Bourdon's Obituary
Catherine Diane Bourdon, 79, of Odessa, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Odessa, Florida, with her loving family at her side.
Born on June 22, 1946, in Royal Oak, Michigan, Catherine was a proud 1964 graduate of Shrine of the Little Flower High School, also in Royal Oak.
She married the love of her life, Paul William Bourdon, on June 21, 1968, and together they shared 57 wonderful years. A devoted homemaker, Catherine dedicated her life to her family and was most proud of her children and grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy.
She is survived by her husband, Paul; her son Timothy (Tonya); and her daughters Julie (Tracey), Caitlin (Michael), and Molly (Daniel). She is also survived by her grandchildren Julia, Delaina, Aislyn, Kiera, Makayla, Alannah, Sophia, Evie, Connor, Trevor, and Devon.
Catherine is also survived by her sister, Diane (Steve) Gassel, as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Gardens. The Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 10:30 AM at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Trinity, Florida, with Father Gary officiating.
Along with flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a cause close to Catherine’s heart.
