Carolyn Helen Tripodi's Obituary
Carolyn Helen Tripodi, 90, of Florida, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2023.
Carolyn was born in Brooklyn on July 8, 1932. She was married to Philip Tripodi in 1951. After raising their family they retired in 1995 and relocated to Wesley Chapel, Florida. In retirement she was an active member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Land O’Lakes and The Red Hat Society. She enjoyed traveling and playing Mahjong with her neighbors and friends.
Carolyn was predeceased by her husband, Philip, daughter, Diane Bivona and grandson, John Captain. She leaves behind her loving family, Philip Tripodi (wife Barbara), Michele Captain (husband Jim), Carol Scalzo, Valerie Kaciczak (husband John), Anthony Tripodi (wife Lynn), Robert Tripodi, son-in-law, Carl Bivona, along with 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation Wed., Jan. 18 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, FL 34655. Funeral Mass Thur., Jan 19 at 2pm at Our Lady of the Rosary, 2348 Collier Pkwy., Land O’Lakes, FL 34639. Interment will follow Mass at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
