Carolyn J. Dove's Obituary
CAROLYN JOYCE DOVE Age 78 of Hudson, FL. Daughter of the late Eric and Julia Woerner of Holiday, FL. and Beloved wife of Paul S. Dove Sr. of Hudson. Carolyn was called to her Heavenly Home early Thursday morning July 30, 2020. Carolyn was pre deceased by both her step daughter Tami R. . Rodriguez and Tami's husband Gilbert R. Rodriguez of Brandon, FL She is survived by her husband Paul and step children Paul S. Dove Jr. and his wife Dana Lynn of Lutz ,FL. , Harle Lynn Houldsworth and her husband Granville H. Houldsworth III of Lutz, FL. also Ira L. Dove and his wife Angela of Waynesville, NC. Although Carolyn had no natural children she considered her step children her own. She was a loving and caring mother to all of them. She is also survived by a brother-in-law E. Wilson Dove and his wife Betty Jean of Naples, FL. and a Sister-in-law Barbara J. Davis and her husband John T. Davis of Derwood, MD. She is also survived by Thirteen Grand Children and Eight Great Grand Children as well as several cousins and many friends. Her Beautiful Smile and Kind Disposition will be missed by all.
Carolyn spent her career in the business and clerical fields in the private sector and in Government both Federal and Pasco county. The highlight of her career was working with the Department of Interior at the Jimmy Carter Presidential Museum and Library in Atlanta Georgia. Another highlight was working for the Clerk of the Court in Pasco County where she finished her career as a Deputy Clerk of of the Court.
Carolyn was a member of Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church in Hudson, FL.
Services will be as follows: Wednesday August 5, 2020: Viewing from 6 PM. till 8 PM , Thursday August 6, 2020 Viewing from 10 AM till 11 AM Service to follow at 11 AM in the Chapel with a brief graveside service to follow. May the peace of the LORD be with you.
