Carol Carroll's Obituary
Carol Ann Carroll, born August 15, 1944, in Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2024, in Wesley Chapel, Florida, where she had made her home for over 50 years.
Carol was married for 55 years to her beloved husband, David Carroll, with whom she shared a life full of love, faith, and family. She was the devoted mother to three children: Marie, Shea, and Patrick, and the proud grandmother to three grandchildren: Cathy, Jordan, and Madison. Carol is also survived by her brother, Mike Lundeen, and a host of extended family and friends who will forever remember her kind heart and gentle spirit.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Elise Lundeen, and her brother Tom and sister Therese, who she joins in eternal rest.
A deeply devoted Catholic, Carol was an active member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church for 51 years. She was a cherished part of the senior choir and served as a Eucharistic Minister, giving of herself to the church and her community.
Carol had a love for lighthouses, finding joy and inspiration in their beauty, and she enjoyed traveling with her family and friends, creating lasting memories in the places she visited.
Her faith, love for family, and dedication to others will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Land O’ Lakes, Fl, Thursday December 12th at 10:30am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Gulfside Hospice in Carol’s memory.
