Phillips (Sydnor), Betty Jane, 81, of Thonotosassa, FL passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jim Robert Phillips; children, Kimberly Jane Phillips Fisher, Pamela Sue Phillips Burgess, Valarie Lynn Phillips Blanco, and Jimmie Robert Jr. Phillips; daughter in law, Gerri Lee Mattingly Phillips; and son in laws, David Keith Fisher, Joseph Ronald Burgess, and Mike Blanco. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Christopher James Porter Phillips, Heather Nichole Sconyers, Andrew Joseph Burgess, Chelsea Jane Fisher, Jordan Keith Fisher, Kathryn Lee Ryn Burgess, Wade MacVicar, Justin Claybern; and 4 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends from noon until service time at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 8 at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.
