Dad taught science class at Collinwood High School in Cleveland,Ohio. When I was in junior high school I chose to incubate chicken eggs for my science project. Dad designed and built the incubator for me, and bought some chicken eggs. All 5 of the eggs hatched and I was beyond thrilled. Thanks to Dad, I had the best science project in the class. He led a busy life, yet he took the time to make my science project a success. I am forever grateful to him. I love him and I miss him so very much.
When I was in high school I worked at Woolworth's at the Richmond Mall. Dad would always pick me up at the mall after work. He would do this during the work week and on weekends. He never complained about how tired he was after working at Collinwood as the Assistant Principal. I could always count on him waiting in the car for me at the curb at the mall's entrance. I miss him so much.
