Barbara Ann Hicks' Obituary
Barbara Ann Hicks, born on September 7, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2025 at the age of 82. She was the beloved daughter of George and Mary Laumann and cherished sister to Mary Helen Turcott (David) . She moved to Florida in 1975 with her husband and two daughters. She was a devout Catholic whose journey on this earth was marked by love, compassion and an unwavering faith in God. She was predeceased by her spouse Claude D. Hicks. Survived by her daughters Claudia Carroll, Michelle Spurlock (Ron) and Marie Labadie-DeGennaro (Michael), five grandchildren (Keith, Chelesy, Maxwell, Jacob and Olivia) and three great grandchildren (Hunter, Mason and Mackenzie).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name can be made to St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church 12747 Interlaken Rd. Trinity, Fl. 34655.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, August 29, 2025 at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church with the blessing of the niche where she will be placed immediately following at Trinity Memorial Gardens 12609 Memorial Dr. Trinity, Fl. 34655.
