STOLTENBERG, Arthur J., 83, of Odessa, died Saturday, October 19, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; daughters, Debra Ferguson; Marie Zapotok, and son, Lyle Sosomen; 3 step-children, 3 sisters, 1 brother, and many others. Visitation will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on Thursday, October 24th, at 6 pm followed by funeral service at 7 pm.
