Ciesco, Arthur, 86, of New Port Richey, passed away on Jan. 27, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jean; 2 sisters in law, Irene and Viola; and brother in law, Michael. Family will receive friends on Sunday, Jan. 31 from 1-4 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens. Funeral services on Monday, Feb. 1 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
