Vita, Ann E., 92, of Tampa, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013. She is survived by her son, Andrew and his wife Lois. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 15 from 4 p.m. until service time at 7 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (727-376-7824). Burial services will take place in Chicago.
