Anita Domfort's Obituary
Anita Domfort, age 96 of New Port Richey, died on Saturday, July 30, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in the Bronx. She was the daughter of the late Simon and Gussy Sosinsky. Anita was a graduate of Taft High School in the Bronx. She had been residing in New Port Richey since 1990. She was employed for 22 years by Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY. Anita was an avid reader. She enjoyed playing mahjong and bingo. Anita was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Julius Domfort and brother Milton Sosinsky. Anita is survived by her three children Howard Domfort; Marcia Banks (Jeff); Robert Domfort (Patricia). Anita is also survived by her brothers Emanual (Janet) and Bernard Sosinsky (Sandra); sisters-in-law Phyliss Sosinsky and Elaine Domfort; four grandsons and three great-granddaughters; as well as several nieces and nephews. Services and Interment are at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Trinity, FL, on August 3, at 10 A.M.
