Alejandra Santo-Kingshott, affectionately known as Alej, passed away on June 18, 2024, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, at the age of 40. Born on May 14, 1984, at Hospital Central De Las Fuerzas Armadas in the Dominican Republic, Alejandra was a beacon of joy and generosity throughout her life.
Alejandra graduated from Bushwick High School before pursuing higher education at Monroe College, where she earned a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She then embarked on a successful career as an Account Manager for Air Berlin at John F. Kennedy Airport. After several years, Alejandra chose to dedicate her time to her most cherished role as a stay-at-home mom to her three beloved children.
Known for her fun-loving and humble nature, Alejandra was the heart of her family and a central figure in her community. She was a devout attendee of Manantial De Vida, where she found great comfort and community. Alejandra had a passion for organizing gatherings and activities, ensuring that every event was filled with love and laughter, bringing people together to create lasting memories.
Alejandra is survived by her loving husband, Peter Kingshott; her son, Jayden; twin daughters, Cadenza and Carmela; brother, George Santo; sister, Alexandra Santos; and her parents, Maribel Batista Lopez and Miguel Santos. Her life was a testament to her loving, giving nature, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Trinity, Florida, on Sunday July 14, 2024, from 5 pm to 8 pm. The burial will take place at Sarasota National Cemetery on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 11am. Trinity Memorial Gardens is assisting the family with the arrangements. Alejandra's life and legacy will be celebrated by all those she touched with her warmth and kindness.
